Digital Transformation Project Manager. After obtaining a Master degree in Biomedical Engineering I have started my work experience in the life science industry. Initally as R&D Enginner and since 3 years as Digital Transformation Project Manager. I am passionate about innovation and digitalization and motivated to work project oriented.

• Team working, time management: Sport has always been an important component of my life. I have played football since the age of 6 until 25. As a team sport, it taught me the importance of collaboration, mutual support and sharing sacrifice to achieve goals. I had the opportunity to play good leagues that required a weekly commitment of more than 15 hours during the years of study. This prompted me to organize the time available to reconcile study with sport.
• Critical thinking, lateral thinking: I like reading, in particular essays of scientific divulgation, historical and geopolitical essays, books that deal with urgent theme, such as global warming, technological revolution, and business and personal growth’s books. I read to have a better and wider vision of the complex and interconnected world where we live in.
• I also believe that to be a good project manager you first need to be a deep generalist, meaning that wide knowledge and continues learning are crucial to have wide and long-term vision on how to achieve deliverables.
• Team management, communication: in the last year I found myself involved to manage a team of 10 people, while I had limited experience before. I could rely on positive leadership examples that I met during my life. Modesty, positive attitude and sharing challenging goals while supporting each other have been key values in achieving results in the last year. Still, I have a lot to improve in team management and communication, as they are critical to people motivation, which in my opinion is the key to overcome obstacles and attain goals.
