▪ Development of new compensation strategies through creative input combined with data analysis and a deep understanding of the company's future challenges (bonus plans, market position, salary range design, pay mix analysis):
▪ Providing consultative guidance to the HR team and business managers across all geographies worldwide on issues and questions regarding compensation and benefits practices. Providing timely and accurate information and direction to tools and resources for HR and managers is key.
