Oversaw and administered a head count of 250 players and 131 staff (U10 – U19) in addition to 384 players and 65 staff at our football school (U10-U14)
Led the restructuring of the Academy from a sporting, business and organizational perspective to make operations more efficient and cost effective with the goal of producing First Team players, increasing revenues from Academy produced players and maintaining sustainable levels of investment
Developed strategic projects such as upgrading the training facility infrastructure and operations to requalify unexploited spaces and improve existing ones, launching a new affiliation program for international and domestic academies that will generate revenue and first bid rights on players, created a policy to make internal communications more efficient.
Enhanced and implemented the Clubs’ Child Safeguarding Policies and Procedures and educational programs
