Main responsibilities:

• Overseeing and leading the accounting department, with specific regards to accounts payable and accounts receivable intercompany invoicing, VAT and local fiscal issues, automation of accounting processes and procedures, agreements with customers and vendors.
• Overseeing and leading the controlling finance department, experienced in developing and allocating budgets, managing financial accounts and financial planning cash flow of the Group.
• Assessing and evaluating the Group’s financial performance, providing insights and recommendations regarding both short-term and long-term growth and operational goals.
• Successfully implemented financial and operational reports to support management decisions and business strategy.
• Software tools and process improvements to mitigate loss and drive operational growth. (Gruppo Piteco’s Treasury system), bank proxy for both domestic and international payments, manage relations with financial institutions, factoring management, responsible for short- term and long-term financial negotiations.
• Overseeing and leading Group’s tax activity, Group’s Transfer Pricing compliance, intercompany chargebacks based on EBIT margin analysis of the subsidiaries (CUP TNMM method); Analysis and implementation ruling activities with “Direzione Regionale della Lombardia” for Patent Box, Industria 4.0, focusing in particular on “Credito d'Imposta Ricerca e Sviluppo”, Superammortamento/Iperammortamento; extensive experience in Tax Management.
• Audit both domestic and international, consolidated domestic tax return, and compliance to specific domestic tax regulations ( “Tassazione in trasparenza di Società estere”).
• Coordinating Consolidated Financial Statement and related explanatory notes required by International Accounting Principle IFRS (International Group with subsidiaries in Italy, China, Turkey, Brazil, USA, Japan, Korea, and Germany).
• M&A (both on a domestic and international level),
• In charge of the relationship with internal and external auditors, statutory auditor (Collegio Sindacale) and senior fiscal partners (Bonelli Erede Pappalardo, Ernst &Young, Deloitte),
• Overseeing Corporate matters and attendance in Board of Directors and Shareholders’ meetings,
• Coordination of Administrative Department (17 direct reports; and CFOs Foreign Companies).

Reporting to CFO

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinating Finance and planning processes for the entire Group, with focus on designers contracts, royalties and price lists agency contract.
• Divisional Financial Statement, Residential, Contract and Car ( EBT analysis, first margin, second margin and G&A), NIC analysis (WC analysis, DSO, DPO).
• Support to Board Member with presentations.
• Coordinating Tax processes for the entire Group, manager of TP Policy at Group Level.
• Support to DOS for any tax matters, Industry 4.0“super/iper ammortamento”, tax credit for R&D, Patent Box (in charge of the ruling with Italian fiscal authorities) in charge of monthly accrual of corporate taxes, and annual preparation of tax return (with the final supervision of external tax advisors),
• Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statement US GAAP.
• Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statement IFRS.
• Finance entry point in various M&A transactions.
• Support subsidiaries in all the extraordinary administrative and legal matters.
• In charge of managing the relationship with internal and external auditors.
• Coordination of Administrative Department (3 direct reports; 25 indirect reports).

• Group IFRS expert.
• Finance entry point in various M&A transactions.
• Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statement Under US GAAP.
• Support subsidiaries in all the extraordinary administrative and legal matters.
• In charge of Consolidation Department (3 direct reports).
