  • Focus on development and retention of existing clients, recruitment of new and potential ones.
  • I involve customers in every selling opportunity - walkin, private appointment, phone consignments. Actively participates to the sales in partnership and Concierge appointment routine.
  • Maintain outstanding of boutique condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
  • Strictly follows the Company procedures, policies and requirements, sponsored events of Company.
  • Any other duties as required from the Company.
