Data Management Assistant
• Coordinating logistical and organizational activities for the team, including scheduling and managing internal and external meetings.
• Drafting meeting minutes and summarizing key discussion points to support operational follow-up.
• Monitoring active supplier contracts, with a focus on payment deadlines and the delivery of project deliverables.
• Supporting Business Analysts and IT Architects in document management and tracking project progress.
• Collaborating with the Project Management Office to ensure alignment between project milestones and contractual activities.
• Using digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and workflow management (e.g., Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, EFSA internal platforms).
