Guiding Principle

In many ways the spine is the root of one's health, it singularly directs an individual's entire quality of life, mobility, and ultimately one's level of happiness. If it's ailing it can slow one's movement down to create a sedentary lifestyle, on the contrary, if it's fully functioning, one can enjoy an active lifestyle no matter their age. Without a healthy spine there is no healthy life, movement is life.
