• Define and implement communication strategies and action plans for the IUCN Regional Office for Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean
• Liaise with IUCN's Global Communication Unit and other Regional Communication Units, and with donors' and partners' communication staff
• Coordinate and supervise the implementation of communication strategies for ongoing regional and national projects (21) in coordination with the Regional Project Portfolio Manager, Project Coordinators, and project communication staff
• Technically and strategically guide the production of communication materials produced by projects, ensuring high quality standards and compliance with IUCN's communication, editorial, and image policies
• Manage corporate communication channels (newsletters, regional website, social media)
• Draft press releases and coordinate relations with national and regional media
• Produce and disseminate annual reports and other corporate communication products
• Support the publication of technical studies and publications, in compliance with IUCN editorial policy
• Guide the implementation of an internal communication strategy (newsletters, town halls, knowledge days) that strengthens programmatic coordination and fosters internal exchange of knowledge and information

• Supervise the production of 8 knowledge products (technical documents, policy briefs and fact sheets) on Nature based Solutions, climate action and Ecosystem Services for the Forest, Biodiversity and Ecosystem thematic sector of the EUROCLIMA+ Programme
• Coordination of a capacity-building process in communication and public awareness aimed at 25 municipalities in Costa Rica.
• Participatory creation, validation, and implementation of two joint communication campaigns on Integrated Waste Management (#OvejaVerdeCR) and Active Mobility (#ActivaTuMovilidad).

• Transforma Project. Co-writing, supervising design, and pilot implementation of a Communication Toolkit on Integrated Solid Waste Management for municipalities.

Systematization of information, experiences, and lessons learned; co-writing and supervision of design of an updated project results and impacts document, and the publication From the Farm to the World: Conversations with Key Participants in the NAMA Café Support Project.
