Education is definitely the area I would like to work in. After completing my Bachelor's degree, I worked in a middle school as an English teacher. My experience was definitely positive, both in terms of the human relationship created with the students and the learning goals I led my students to achieved.

Following this work experience, I enrolled in the Master's Degree Language Sciences and Cultural Studies for Special Needs at the University of Parma. There my interest in school textbooks was born. I developed a dissertation on gender representation in three series of EFL textbooks from three different publishers (Cambridge, Oxford and Pearson).

I would like to work in publishing, in order to contribute in developing textbooks that are as inclusive and accessible as possible by students with Specific Learning Disorders.
