I have been working for about nine years on large-scale projects for Walgreens Boots Alliance, specifically focused on inventory management systems for the pharmaceutical sector.
I collaborated, and still collaborate, in the design and implementation of Cloud solutions, engaging multiple stakeholders and integrating with external systems.
These solutions include:

• Real-time API-based integrations, where responses from external systems are required synchronously.
• Event-driven architectures, leveraging messaging and asynchronous flows to ensure scalability, resilience, and performance.

Key responsibilities also include:

• Migration to Microsoft Azure (Service Bus, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Logic Apps).
• Microservices design with Datastax Enterprise (Cassandra) and Apache Kafka.
• REST API development with CXF and Spring Boot.
• Business process orchestration using Camunda BPM.
• Agile delivery with Scrum, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Spinnaker), and DevOps practices.

I worked on several projects in the public administration sector (about six years), contributing to the development of a software system for the management of ASL staff and clinics.
In parallel, I was involved in the design and implementation of Helis, a telemedicine platform enabling emergency cardiology assessments, with mobile app integration via PhoneGap.
I also participated in the delivery of ERP systems (JSIDIC / JSIAC) for accounting, order management, and cost control, adopted by public organizations such as ENAC, ASL Roma G, ASL Napoli 2.
Additionally, I collaborated on system integration projects and the development of portals on Liferay, and implemented business intelligence solutions using Pentaho BI and ETL processes with Kettle.
I was responsible for the development of secure REST and SOAP web services, including WS-Security implementations.

I gained solid experience in the telecommunications sector, having worked for about seven years on Telecom Italia (now TIM) projects involving the management of customer data and phone order delivery.
In addition, I contributed to projects in the energy sector, participating for about one year in the Remote Management of meters initiative at Enel, supporting the design and development of distributed J2EE-based services.
During this period, I developed multiple enterprise-level web applications and backend services, focusing on reliability and integration with external systems.
I delivered J2EE components (EJB, JMS) on Oracle IAS 9i and BEA WebLogic, and integrated SOAP-based services over HTTP/JMS, ensuring robust messaging and session management.
