Responsible for sustainability planning and reporting, with a focus on ESG projects, environmental certifications, and decarbonization initiatives. Coordination of ISO 14067 certification projects and management of continuous improvement activities regarding environmental impact.

Full management of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) activities for the BU Automation. Oversight of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications, risk assessments, supplier management, and auditing. Development of workplace safety procedures, emergency plans, and work-related stress assessment systems.

Coordinated the transition project to the new ISO 14001 standards. Conducted internal auditing, training, and supported HSE management system implementation.

Operational HSE management at the Genoa site, monitoring safety and environmental compliance.

Responsible for Ibrid Post projects (Poste Italiane, Russian Post, Magyar Posta). Software development for high-volume digital printing systems, coordinating commissioning teams and technology integration.
