  • Managed the execution of planning and scheduling services for five (5) lump sum turnkey EPC projects in the industries of petrochemical, oil & gas and electrolysis technology. additionally, supported widely in managing changes, claims, scope and risks in the same projects.
  • Managed time, changes, claims, scope and risks for the following five (5) projects: 1) Propane Storage Tanks including offsite and utilities (for Egyptian Propylene and Polypropylene Company in PortSaid, Egypt), 2) Upgrading of Existing Chlor-Alkali Plant (for Misr Chemicals Company in Alexandria, Egypt), 3) New Amine Unit (for Sidi Krir Petrochemicals Company in Alexandria, Egypt), 4) New EDC Cracking Unit, HCL column Package, Refrigeration Unit, Modification of Oxy-chlorination unit and Upgrading of DSC-SIS System (for Egyptian Petrochemicals Company in Alexandria, Egypt), 5) New Caustic Soda Concentration Unit (Misr Chemicals Company in Alexandria, Egypt).
  • Created and delivered the complete time management package for four (4) EPC lump sum turnkey proposals. Two of which were mega project proposals: Ammonia-Urea plant (for Abu Qir Fertilizer Company in Alexandria, Egypt) and Nitric Acid-Low Density Ammonium Nitrates Plant (for Modern Nitrates Company in Ras Al-Khair Industrial City, Saudi Arabia) including Offsite and Utilities for both. Two of which were medium scale project proposals: VCM Distillation (for Egyptian Petrochemicals Company in Alexandria, Egypt), Ammonia Storage Tanks with Loading & Unloading Facilities (for KEMAPCO company in Jordan).
  • Supported in contract change & claims management by triggering changes and developing a complete case study for the incurred changes and EOT claims, which resulted in getting extension of time ranging from two to three calendar months and for several times during projects execution (an average of 10% of project overall duration).
  • Defended provided EOT claims from subcontractors by providing a corresponding proven detailed analysis to the EOT claim allegation points, which resulted in time and cost savings.
  • Developed risk management plan and highlighting project significant risks (threats & opportunities) to project management team and the recommended risk response plan for efficient management and achieving project objectives and targets.
  • Implemented Monte Carlo simulation using primavera risk analysis to evaluate the confidence level for specific milestones' dates of running projects and for an estimated overall execution duration of particular proposals.

  • Implemented and led the delivery of detailed construction planning and scheduling services for the following projects: 1) Propane De-hydrogenation & Polypropylene Plant (for Egyptian Propylene and Polypropylene Company in Port Said, Egypt), 2) Central Processing Facility for the Treatment and Production of Oil, LPG and Condensates (for SONATRACH Oil & Gas Company in El-merk oil field, Hassi Messaoud, Algeria), 3) GK3 48" Gas Transportation Pipeline from Hassi R'mel to Chaiba (for SONATRACH Oil & Gas Company, Algeria), 4) Yanbu Export Refinery Project (YERP), The Solids Handling Package, SP3 (for Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia), 5) SIBA Field Development Project, EPC project (for Kuwait Energy Company, Iraq).
