  • Across all routes to market, I have taken on the project manager role supporting the Global geographic deployment of the strategic Services business unit Truscale ("Everything as a Service") go-to market model
  • This is the realization of the ecosystem (across architecture, processes and people) to support the Truscale brand announced in 2021 that comprises both subscription (Device as a Service) and pay-per-use (Infrastructure as a Service) business offerings
  • Within my rigorous business management structure, I was responsible for the End Customer onboarding to the NEW ecosystem bridging the key Delivery transition methodology with the IT project methodology
