• Volunteered to join PhDSDC communication team to ensure marketing visuals are aligned with PhD guidelines and raising awareness of sustainable development and climate change issues within our follower community.
• Collaborated with design team, increasing engagement and fostering positive online presence within social media platforms and assisted as member of communication team with maintaining and growing our community.

• Represented student body (over 300 students) at board meetings of IUSS Pavia Academic Senate, voicing concerns and proposing solutions to pressing issues.
• Contributed to the improvement of academic policies by providing insights from student perspective and bridging effective communication during Academic Senate meetings.

• Volunteered to join the organization committee for PHDSDC multidisciplinary event. Attended committee meetings to propose, discuss and advance peer-to-peer activities ideas destined for almost 200 PhD students.
• Facilitated open communication among committee members, fostering an environment of trust and mutual respect. and collaborated with fellow members to achieve consensus on activity Leaders and key final decisions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Research experience: Conducted research on the effect of high temperatures on the feeding behavior of benthic bioreactor Holothuria tubulosa.
• Participated at the annual S.It.E Congress Catania 25th September 2023 and presented findings to discuss "Sediment eutrophication mitigation using a benthic living bioreactor: the sea cucumber Holothuria tubulosa Gmelin 1788", and engaged with experts and peers to potentially collaborate in the future.

• Participated in the organization of the impactful event of Young Researchers Meeting in Ecology and Aquatic Sciences within the Italian Society of Ecology (S.It.E) and the Italian Association of Oceanography and Limnology (A.I.O.L.) that raised awareness about the organization's mission and expanded its reach within the scientific community.

• Led over 100 motivated students in developing their communication skills to effectively present and defend environmental projects, emphasizing the societal impact and sustainable business aspects.
• Trained them to deliver convincing presentations to sponsors at regional and national competitions, demonstrating a strong sense of personal responsibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Worked on two different projects, EcoWool and Bureau Cycle in which I learned:

• Led the team in achieving goals by conducting fieldwork and developing innovative solutions for social and environmental issues.
• Collaborated with diverse teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities, create sustainable business models, and build strong relationships with sponsors and partners.
