Project work: Synthesis and application of biocompatible Carbon Dots on Cell bioimaging.

• Analysis of nanoparticles by Attenuated total reflection (ATR), Mass Spectrometry, UV-visible spectrometry, and Fluorescence spectroscopy.
• Preparation of reagents and mediums, Cell cytotoxicity assay (MTT assay).
• Freezing and thawing of Cells, Cell Culture (Fibroblast and Neuroblastoma Cells), Immunofluorescence assay.
• Cell imaging through fluorescence and confocal Microscopies.
• Use of micropipette, Pipette, Filtrate, Practice sterile techniques and lab safety.
• Completed designated tasks with efficiency and accuracy in order to support research objectives.

Project work: Retrospective clinical-biological study, on lung cancer and biomarkers.

• Retrospective study of 115 cases of several pulmonary cancer cases concerning a set of patients who were hospitalized for three years.
• Treatment of patient’s archives.
• Produced high-quality communications for internal and external use.
• Searched at library and in scholarly databases to locate necessary information for research projects.
• Prepared statistical analysis plans and provided statistical interpretation for graphs, tables and charts using SPSS and Excel software.
