From 2019, I also held the position of Product Manager, overseeing the complete product life cycle for the Italian market and intercompany business. My responsibilities included introducing new products, maintaining and updating product master data, defining new packaging solutions, managing revisions to technical drawings, and ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of all product documentation.

Acted as SAP Key User for procurement, intercompany processes, and ECM, as well as BW Key User, contributing to business process optimization and supporting data analysis and reporting activities.

Served as Commercial Back Office Specialist, managing sales orders and coordinating logistics activities to ensure the timely processing of shipments and on-time deliveries.

Managed the creation and monitoring of commercial claims, credit notes, and debit notes, ensuring accurate administrative handling and compliance with company procedures.

Also managed the creation and administration of production orders, working closely with production and logistics teams to ensure effective planning, coordination, and execution of operational activities.

Collaborated closely with the Front Office team to manage the end-to-end flow of incoming documents, data, and information. Organized, archived, and distributed documentation, ensuring accurate document management and maintaining efficient, uninterrupted business workflows.
