Profile - Description

empathetic, sunny, communicative, determined, curious to learn and know the notions inherent in my passion. My curiosity in knowing wine in every aspect was born among the school desks where I was able to learn the first notions. I knew about the existence of various grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Trebbiano, Cabernet sauvignon, Riesling and I wondered if there was a story behind every wine. It was not enough for me to know only the name, the cellar, the alcohol content: I wanted to learn as much as possible and so, after graduation, I enrolled in Associazione Italiana Sommelier. My goal is to be able to work abroad to enrich my cultural background and my professional skills. Unfortunately, immediately after the final exam of the Associazione Italiana Sommelier course, Italy went into lockdown and therefore it was not possible to visit Italian and foreign wineries.
