I was in charge of opening the new surgical block being involved in:

_ arrange and order all te necessary material to face the routine of operating-sessions of 4 operating rooms.

_ development of nursing protocols for all interventions performed

_ training off nursing staff and health workers

_ also tool in benign and oncologic gynecology and general surgery

otolaryngologist, urology, traumatology, gynecology, vascular surgery, thoracic surgery.

In 2006 I became Head of Minimally Invasive Surgery ( prevalent laparoscopic Gastroesophageal Surgery, Colorectal Surgery, Bariatric Surgery)

In the following years I train nursing staff in learning skills in Minimal Invasive Surgery, Hepatic Biliary Surgery, Pancreatic Surgery and Traumatology.

In 2014 I finish my training in Neurosurgery so I am enabled to cover the activity of the emergency operating theatre,also became responsible for Liver Surgery.

In June 2015 completed the trainingcourse on alpha X system, I also do Colorectal Robot Assisted Surgery
