I introduced metaverse banking to the online audience during my news reporter experience at my school. According to that experience, I got to know that there are a few security challenges in the sector, and was wondered which AI techniques that i majoring in could be a solution. Since that time I envision myself as a Generative AI expert focused on NLP which was the solution that I found.

To get closer to my goal, I set a short-term goal, which is to gain experience in team-building because for me conversation and communication are the best forms of sustainable development in a team project. So I decided to participate in my uni's software contest and established an online medical platform taking the role of engineer. It was my first team project and development in the pandemic so at the beginning working together was hard because there was a lack of conversation via online meetings. Then I suggested that face-to-face meeting with engineers who are in similar function develops and that makes our team work much more efficiently because at the meeting, we were able to be a mentor and mentees. Achieving my short-term goal, I found that face-to-face conversation is the key to team-building project.

My other short-term goal is to be a leader in a team so that I can improve my leadership, self-awareness and find my motivation. After which I gathered 5 colleagues in a course and made our goal together launching a mobile application. Starting with sharing our ideas about the application, I held a meeting twice a week and I found that being an active listener is the most important attitude as a leader in the team. I arranged the developer's role according to the functions and shared feedback from the professor every week, of course I held face-to-face meetings. We made a real-time book talk chatting app that also enables consumer to sell and buy second-hand books. Using Firebase DB, I realized that the security of the customer's data was the main requirement for the services. People do not use apps with vulnerable security. So that makes me more interested in the security section of the software. Through my first team leader experience, not only in techniques but also I found my motivation for achieving my career goal related to AI finance security , so I decided to go to Europe and study more about finance.

Since I made a decision, I worked in Starbucks as a barista and got interested in the coffee bean's fairtrade, so I got Global Coffee Master. Now I am in Rome, Italy studying European and global economics.
