I did business lunches and occasionally à la carte lunches and dinners. I was responsible for accommodation, for clearing tables, serving dishes, opening wine, and for preparation and cleaning of the room.

I also assisted with training new staff members, contributing to team growth.

I built rapport with customers through friendly conversation, I genuinely enjoyed interacting with costumers and coworkers.

I've done events like weddings, baptisms, communions and outdoor events like inaugurations. I was responsible for the decorations, the preparation and cleaning of the rooms, serving meals according to the rules of etiquette and maintaining cleanliness in the banquet areas and in the bar. I developed strong empathy and communication skills remaining professional and polite.

I did business launches. I was in charge of cleaning and setting the tables, bringing dishes and drinks, bringing and making coffee and the cleaning of the rooms.

From this experience I learned to be fast, to observe everything and find fast solutions for eventually problems. I also learned the importance of work in group.
