was responsible for the development team spread over two countries (Italy and Russia) that was employed on different projects .

My main task were

• Definition of internal specifications in accordance with international standards and customer requirements
• Definition and optimization of operating parameters according to the desired end product agreed with customer
• Improving the prototype of solvent free polymer application on copper wire (process side)
• Purchase of laboratory instruments according to international standards and customer specifications
• Qualification of raw material suppliers (copper) and collaboration with polymer suppliers (Solvay and Daikin) to find fluoropolymers best suited for the prototype technology
• Preparation of all process-side documentation for successful ISO9001 certification (first certification)
• Co-ordination of team working on the different projects using the same technology but using different types of copper wire and polymerization.
• Technical support to 4 equipments under royalty in "Severstal" plant (Russia) for the production of enameled wire for the wine market in Europe (sparkling wine cages)
• Tight collaboration with Mechanical engineering department to modify the prototype machine according to process needs

I held the role of process engineer dealing with

• Draft and release of RM specification according to the finished product design
• Research of supplier for RM (copper)
• Study of quality tests according to international standards and drafting of the list of lab equipment to conduce quality tests
• Perform testing on finished product
• Study of process conditions and their correlation on the finished product quality

First 2 months of internship I spent in quality department to get closer to quality of desired finished and intermediate products and subsequent optimization of process parameters to improve quality, Basis learning of certifications and methodologies (ISO9001, 8D, Audits etc).

After 2 month I held the position of Drawing (copper) department supervisor with following tasks:

• Production monitoring in terms of volumes, targets and quality
• KPI calculation, process optimization in terms of efficiency, waste reduction
• Coordination of personnel, coordination of RM acceptance laboratory activities.

• Programming of routine maintenance
