Ivan Giurintano

I am a manager with experience in the food service industry and staff management, currently responsible for the Burger King chain since 2022. With a solid background as a surveyor and a career characterized by roles of responsibility, I am excited to submit my application for a position at your company. In my current role, I have managed a team of professionals, developing skills in operational management and business process improvement. Prior to this, I held the position of plant manager in a sandblasting and painting company, where I supervised a team of 15 workers, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. These experiences have provided me with a deep understanding of workplace dynamics and industry requirements. Furthermore, I am a volunteer driver for the Italian Red Cross, where I had the opportunity to hone my management skills in emergency situations, working closely with the 118 emergency team of the Palermo committee. This experience taught me the importance of teamwork, effective communication, and resilience. I speak English at an intermediate level and am a competitive athlete, practicing volleyball and CrossFit. My dedication to work and serious approach have always allowed me to face challenges with determination and professionalism.
