Management of all the elements of a production plant for carbon fiber recovery, based in Imola (Bologna). In particular:
- Team management, scheduling of shifts (7/7, h24), holidays and leave, and coordination of activities.;
- Management of the homologation of waste coming into the plant (and relative acceptance);
- Compliance with authorization requirements for the correct management of the plant (fire prevention requirements, periodic checks, etc.);
- Planning of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities, coordinating internal and external technical teams.
- Planning of waste arriving at the plant and production planning;
- Management of the traceability of the entire production process;
- Development of the commercial process and related contacts;
- Contractual management of purchase requests issued for the plant through the use of SAP;
- Constant monitoring of plant performance, using specific KPIs to drive continuous improvements.
