• Logistics: Air, Road and Rail Transport: warehouse to dealers, supplier to plants, port to plant, international road transport (Brazil to Chile and Argentina). Warehouse operational services, container yard, equipment rental (reach stacker, forklifts and container). Port services. Packaging (metal, wood and plastic).
• Engineer equipments: Capex Equipments, Service Optimization, Automation and Integration, Production Line Facilities.
• Human Resources: trainings, health plans, team building and employee benefits.
• Spare Parts (MRO): electric, hydraulic, mechanical, tools and personal protective equipment.
• Marketing: events, advertising and logistic events.

Activity developed:

-Achievement cost savings and targets through analysis breakdown, negotiation, following markets trends and benchmark.

-Collaboration with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, ensuring technical

specifications and performance improvement.

-Oriented to Cost Reduction, problem-solving and identify opportunities.

-Supplier governance through clear metrics, performance and KPIs, responsibilities, regular communications and procedure.

-Developing supplier strategy balancing Quality, Delivery and Cost .
