Work History

HVAC-TEST ENGINEER

TECNOCLIMA SPA
PERGINE,TRENTO
03.2023 - Current
  • Assembling and Dismantling of Warm Air Heaters like EKochikki,Megachikki,CFX Trim and Energy series.
  • Connecting of Burners to each Heating Machines before Testing.
  • Testing of these heaters by working on it using Gases like Methane G20,G25 and Propane G30 and also taking Readings by checking the temperature of Outlet gas, fan,Atmosphere and also Pressure

Research Assistant Aerodynamics and Aerospace

Sapienza Universita di Roma
Rome
11.2019 - 10.2022

  • 3D Modelling of Schiaparelli Re-Entry Space Capsule and its Parachute has been done using Solid works
  • Conducted research on the CFD analysis of Re-entry anomalies occurring during the entry to Martian atmosphere using ANSYS Fluent using Navier stokes Equation, RANS and Large Eddy Simulations (LES)
  • Simulation of the Trajectory of Schiaparelli Capsule and Canopy has been done using ANSYS-Fluent
  • The re-compression Shockwaves and wake-shock interaction between the capsule and the parachute are observed in Final Trajectory of Parachute.
  • Developed and validated turbulence models to simulate the flow around re-entry vehicles with different thermal parameters using CFD-Post
  • Presented research results and provided recommendations for future work to the faculty, students, and stakeholders.

Master's Project Trainee

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited
Tiruchirapalli
01.2018 - 03.2018
  • ANSYS Fluent CFD simulations were used to investigate the flow and heat transfer in flue gas ducting between air preheaters and electrostatic precipitators.
  • Created and used mathematical models to predict pressure drop, temperature distribution, and flow patterns in the ducting system
  • Worked with other team members to optimize the ducting system layout to reduce pressure drop and improve thermal efficiency
  • Conducted sensitivity analysis to investigate the effect of various design parameters on ducting system performance
  • Presented the CFD simulation and layout optimization results to the project team and management.
