Contributed to the revision of the Business Continuity Management process and the related Internal Rules.

Performed the Bank of England Discussion Paper gap analysis. Contributed to enhance the Bank's operational resilience, fostering the set-up of the resiliency initiatives and participating in resilience analysis of new bank products and services.

Participated to institutional round tables and working groups participation (e.g., G-7 Cyberincident Cross-border Coordination Exercise).

Participated to BC & Resilience projects, supported internal and external inspections.

Lean Navigator and Continuous Improvement member: responsible for 4 Way of Lean and for the main initiatives emerged both from the Continuous Improvement and Ways.

ICT Process Architect & Analyst: supported the ICT processes re-engineering according to Global Policies, Regulations, Findings.
