Act as the technical officer to promote inclusive rural finance and de-risking schemes, foster digitalization and strengthen rural institutions for socio-economic inclusion and empowerment for individuals involved in the agrifood system and rural transformation.

As the divisional Digitalization Thematic Taskforce lead to coordinate cross-team collaboration to foster digital inclusion in the context of rural transformation and position the division in FAO's innovation agenda.

Act as the alternate Team Leader to support the team and division tasks.

Engaged in leadership and coordination for high-level cross-sectoral policies and strategies to provide advice to assist in the Minister's decision-making on agriculture, food security, and rural development, and coordinated agricultural cooperation between China and UN agencies and other multilateral organizations.

Led various projects, including studies on agricultural South-South Cooperation (SSC) under the climate change framework, UNDP-funded regional agricultural cooperation in the Greater Mekong Subregion, and case studies on Chinese overseas agricultural aid, and projects involving agricultural collaboration with African countries and SSC in developing countries.

Supervised implementation and coordination in addition to managing projects funded by International Financial Institutions (IFIs) such as the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, and the IFAD. These projects focused on various areas, including dryland agri-processing, rural institutions and cooperatives development, rural renewable energy utilization, coastal fishery resources development, and project monitoring and impact evaluation.
