I start my career as technical drafter in Bauknecht Hausgeraete G.m.b.H (Germany). After my successful apprenticeship as technical drafter i moved to the thermodynamic laboratory where i increased my personal skills. In 1995 I moved to our thermodynamic laboratory in Italy ( Whirlpool ) with growing reponsabilities.
After several years in our thermodynamic laboratory i was promoted to cooling engineer position in our Built-In platform for household refrigerators.
Over the years I run new projects, cost reduction, quality improvement, range extension and increased my communication skills.
