-Provide solutions and engineering support to International clients according to their demands.
-Manage and co-ordinate technical maintenance related to the company's distribution services.
-Manage escalation process until resolution , including co-ordination with in-house
engineers/managers and third parties.
-Troubleshoot and fix technical issues.
-Accounting for managing events and ensuring that they are resolved, while maintaining a detailed record of the problems and methods used to solve them.
