My journey through various work experiences has given me a unique perspective on life, helping me adapt to diverse and challenging environments. Recently, I reached a turning point in my career, steering me towards a path I'm truly passionate about – Information Technology (IT).

I completed an IT Technician Traineeship program, an intensive and hands-on experience offered by IT Career Switch Ltd. This program provided me with specialized skills in troubleshooting both hardware and software issues. I earned certifications in CompTIA (A+, Network+, Security+), gained proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10, explored Cisco, and applied my knowledge in practical scenarios.

Beyond my technical capabilities, I bring a friendly, outgoing demeanor to every interaction. These qualities aren't just personal attributes; they're integral to how I approach my career shift into a field that resonates with my love for problem-solving and innovation.
