Key HR Digital Projects – Adenes Italia
- Internal ATS Development (2025 – ongoing): Design and build the prototype of a proprietary Applicant Tracking System (“Talent Hub”) while acting as project manager for the digital initiative. Define workflows, user interface logic, and system integrations to improve pipeline visibility, reduce administrative workload, and enhance the recruitment experience.
