Through my different roles I have been given the opportunity to learn and develop which has improved my skills as a versatile employee.
My coaching has allowed me to develop a better sense of understanding and communication with both parents and children and allowed me to take on extensive responsibility. My role as House Captain required strong leadership and organisation, resulting in several successful initiatives such as charity fundraising. My role as a merchandising assistant helped me adapt my skills to a retail environment and better my ability to achieve good customer service.
Sports have been an important part of my personal development, teaching me many skills that apply to both my personal, educational and professional life. Granada provided a culture that promoted fostering teamwork, communication and leadership. I was further motivated by my team, helping generate a driven mindset. This is reflected in my current college experience as I am currently playing for both the UCD and U19 Irish National American Football team.
I am 19, studying PPE in UCD. I think I am compatible with this role as lego has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. As I am half Danish, I luckily spent several summers at Lego Land while visiting family. My experience working with children and a genuine love for lego itself would help me succeed in this role.
My lego collection is still growing and expanding, and I would love the opportunity to work here.
