Summary

I've got a bachelor in gastronomic sciences and my desire is to improve my knowledge about the world of food and gastronomy through work experience such as product searching and assistant buyer. The university gave me the opportunity to know the food and products in all their shapes, taken in consideration the ethical aspects and the technical part of the production.

In addition to this, last work experience gave me the opportunity to learn the importance of co-working between colleagues and the capacity to listen feedbacks which contributes to improve the work experience.
