The role I hold offers me the opportunity to put into practice the knowledge and skills I acquired during my academic journey.
In collaboration with team members, I manage two portfolios: one focused on active management and the other on passive management.
The team's activities include regular meetings where we analyze and evaluate portfolio performance, review Equity Research reports, and consider new investment opportunities to optimize our management strategies, using Portfolio Tracking tools.
Additionally, we organize workshops and conferences with industry experts who provide insights and detailed analyses on the topics discussed.

This experience has allowed me to develop soft skills outside my field of study, which have enriched my experiential background. Teamwork, communication, organization, precision, and punctuality are just some of the skills required. I learned to independently manage catering services for very large groups, coordinating the kitchen and service staff. Attention to customer needs was a focal point of my role, and this allowed me to develop my ability to create differentiated strategies depending on the type of client.

It allowed me to work in an environment where efficiency and organization are fundamental requirements. The skill I developed the most during this experience is the ability to build relationships with customers, which is the core of this job. My role as a front-of-house manager involved various tasks, including, for example, welcoming customers, setting up tables, taking orders, serving tables, managing the cash register at the end of the shift, and tidying and cleaning the dining area.

My first work experience was within the family business. It introduced me to the world of work and allowed me to understand the workings of small businesses, which are the economic engine of our country. It taught me important lessons that will remain a part of me. Dedication, sacrifice, transparency, and attention to detail are essential requirements for success in any field.
