Lorenzo Portis

The Management Committee is responsible for implementing the decisions of the Governance Board and ensuring their operational follow-up. It coordinates all activities and ensures the practical implementation of strategic decisions.

Main responsibilities:

• Management and coordination of Work Packages (WPs) and related funding
• Monitoring project progress and achievement of UNITA’s strategic objectives
• Cross-functional coordination and operational support to different teams

Representative of 15,000 students of the Université Savoie Mont Blanc (USMB) within the European University Alliance UNITA. Participated in several international meetings with partner universities, including two meetings in Timișoara and one in Brașov (Romania), as well as one meeting in Pamplona (Spain).

Contributed to the drafting of the Student Assembly internal regulations. Founder and President of the “European Student Voice” list, elected in student elections, now representing all USMB students within the UNITA alliance.

• Erasmus+ Ambassador (2024–2025) Promoted Erasmus+ values and mobility opportunities at regional, national, and international events.

• Logistics Manager, responsible for client relations in the French and English markets and in charge of after-sales service.
