In my career i achieved great goals, satisfaction working and acquiring competences through the supervision, management of production non conformities, tech-transfer projects and research aimed at develop of new products formulas.

• Participation at online courses on "Coursera" platform in the months of August - September 2022: "Inspiring Leadership through Emotional Intelligence" and "Creative Thinking: Techniques and Tools for Success" authorized respectively by Case Western University (Cleveland, OHIO) and Imperial College (London , UK);
• Pass the "Goethe Zertikat - A2" German exam at the "Leitmotiv London School" language school in Parma on 13/02/2021;
• Partecipation at course "Supervisors for Safety Work" organized on the dates 28 and 29/01/2020 in Crown Holdings inc focused at the acquisition of the training update elements in accordance with the contents provided fo by Legislative Decree 81/08 and preparatory to the role of Shift Manager;

From January 2023 to October 2024 I participated in the NDA (non disclosure agreement) "Athena project" in which I dealt with the tech-transfer of formulas from Orbassano Plant (TO) to the Pianoro Plant (BO) and therefore the closure of Orbassano Site. I supported the coordination of the project from an R&D, qualitative and regulatory point of view. I carried out the coding of RMs and played a role in the loading and coordination of formulas management.
