I have a strong passion for perfect organization in everything I do, especially in the workplace, where I strive for absolute perfection in order to provide an amazing experience. My journey in the hospitality industry began at a young age, working in my family's restaurant in Turin's historical center. Starting as a waiter and progressing to a bartender and store manager, I honed valuable skills in payment management, staff supervision, and warehouse organization. My experience also enriched my knowledge of pizza-making traditions and "made in Italy" products.
Later, I became a partner and manager in a pizzeria franchise with multiple locations in Piedmont, further enhancing my expertise in business management and pizza preparation. Traveling extensively exposed me to diverse working environments, expanding my working and management skills.
After my previous experience in the US, my desire is to return and continue learning journey personally and professionally. My goal is to excel, contribute, and acquire the necessary skills to further my career. Whether in a managerial or functional role, I am dedicated to making a positive impact in any work environment I am a part of.
