Responsible for supervising design, construction, operation, and maintenance activities carried out by motorway concessionaire companies, on the motorway network under the jurisdiction of the Regional Inspection Office of Genoa, Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport. Duties included:

• Technical and financial review of project designs submitted by concessionaire companies, with respect to laws, regulations, concession contract requirements, and technical standards;
• Performance of quality assurance inspections to achieve compliance with contract plans and specifications;
• Monitoring progress of construction activities, reporting to senior management on potential issues resulting in delays and/or the need to for contract changes, and assisting in proactively resolving these issues;
• Preparation of a variety of technical and administrative reports relating to the construction, operation and maintenance of the motorway infrastructure

• Developed detailed engineering and design for the upgrade of the S.S 275 Maglie-Santa Maria di Leuca super highway in order to comply with Italian Ministerial Decree (DM) 05.11.2001. Key responsibilities: road design geometry; planning and execution of geotechnical investigations; bridges, viaducts, retaining walls; earthworks and pavement design; environmental mitigation; cut-and-cover tunnelling design
• Developed detailed engineering and design of reinforced soil walls and slope reinforcement, as part of the modernization of the Maglie-Otranto section of the S.S. 16 'Adriatica' super highway

• Field Civil Engineer at TSGI, JV composed of Técnicas Reunidas (Spain), Saipem (Italy), GS Engineering (South Korea), and Itochu (Japan)
• Project: Site Preparation of the SOCAR & Turcas Aegean Refinery (STAR), Aliağa (Izmir), Turkey

• Soil compaction works at the E.ON Thermal Power Plant in Livorno Ferraris (VC), carried out by Keller Fondazioni S.r.l (August 2006 - September 2006)
• Civil works and electromechanical installation for the Cadau Wind Farm in Cagliari and the Nulvi Tergu Wind Farm in Sassari (October 2006 - July 2007)
• Responsible for overseeing daily site operations to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget project delivery in compliance with required quality standards. Duties included:
• Coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to report and resolve site issues;
• Review and inspection of all site works for quality, accuracy, and completeness;
