Actually i am the owner and manager of a small nine-room hotel/airbnb in Havana,Cuba,whose name is Casa Lamar as well as a three-room bed & breakfast, El Almendron Rosado B&B.

I take care of the complete management of the two structures both as regards the reception and management of customers, services, meals, transfers and excursions as well as the management of my employees.

I personally took care of the renovation of the buildings where I currently carry out the aforementioned activity.

Due to the pandemic and the crisis Cuba is experiencing, I have delegated the on-site management to my employees.

I have been a basketball coach and manager in the Italian professional leagues dealing with both the technical and organizational aspects of the clubs.

In all the clubs I've worked for I've been head coach of the senior team but also manager of the youth academy.

I was involved in the organization and management of the mentioned cleaning service company by coordinating and directing a number of twenty employees.

I was a professional basketball player in different italian leagues.
