Passionate about energy, I completed a Master's degree in Energy Engineering at the University of Padova, specializing in power generation and energy utilization. During my thesis internship at Repower Renewable, I focused on developing key performance indicators (KPIs) for optimizing asset management in wind and photovoltaic plants. This experience allowed me to enhance my analytical and problem-solving skills. I have an international background, having studied at Camille Sée College in Paris, where I became fluent in French. Additionally, I worked as an academic tutor for international students in the Master’s program in Energy Engineering, which improved my communication and interpersonal skills.
I combine curiosity, passion, and adaptability with a strong technical background. I am looking for a workplace where dedication, expertise and skills are valued and where I can grow professionally.
After completing my thesis at Repower Renewable, I began working as a Junior Asset Manager, where I am responsible for overseeing the operation and performance of renewable energy plants. My role includes managing O&M activities and assisting in the administration of O&M contracts, which has strengthened my multitasking abilities and teamwork skills. Moreover, I collect and analyze production and performance data using the same software I utilized during my thesis and prepare the company's monthly reports through Power BI, enhancing my attention to detail and ability to communicate insights effectively. Additionally, I explore AI applications for optimizing asset management, a task that requires problem-solving and leadership in driving innovation within the team
I completed my thesis internship at Repower Renewable, where I was responsible for developing KPIs to optimize the asset management of both wind and photovoltaic plants. The KPIs, focused on analyzing plant availability and performance, were created using EnergyStudioPro, which operates based on Python scripts. Therefore, I studied the O&M contracts of all plants in the portfolio to identify the specific KPIs required according to the contractual terms of each plant. This experience enhanced my analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate technical data into actionable insights
I worked as academic tutor for international students of the Master Degree course of Energy Engineering. This experience allowed me to develop strong communication and mentoring skills while working in a multicultural environment, enhancing my adaptability and intercultural understanding
