• Advising financial institutions on business strategy and process transformation mainly focus on Corporate Banking division and Wealth and Asset Management area
• Sectorial analysis and forecasting
• ESG Programs and Advisory in Corporate Banking Relationship
• CSRD Regulation Programs
• Projects related to industry sector models, economic simulation engines and strategy scenarios
• Climate transition economic models
• Teaching and public speaking activities on corporate banking, risk management, wealth management, CSRD and ESG regulation
• Design and implementation of digital Wealth Management solution
• Application of advanced analytics, with the Data Science practice, in the enhancement of unstructured information for the definition of business strategies

Projects regarding the business transformation of banking and insurance groups

In particular, I have been involved in the following activities:

• definition of Product Governance criteria for financial and insurance products
• Setting of financial advising tools, market trading systems, high frequency trading tools
• Identification of the target market of financial and insurance products
• Review of the distribution strategy
• Definition of target operating models
• Key Performance Indicators calculation for financial products
• Data collection and KPI monitoring
• MiFID II impacts assessment for primary German bank
• Assessment regarding the effective implementation of structures, processes, procedures related Capital Management activities in the context of the Pillar 2 of the Solvency II Directive
• Impact assessment on the IDD II requirements, with the definition and implementation of the adjustment required, also focus on target operating model.

In particular, I have been involved in the following activities:

• Analysis of high profitability bank products and services (investment services and Bancassurance products); identification of their risk profile and definition of a compliant business process
• Supporting the Business structure of Banking group, to develop a new product (Reverse Mortgage Honor Student Loan), in accordance to the Strategic Business Plan
• Supporting the Business structure of a major Italian Banking group, in order to realize the insourcing operation of a Group subsidiary specialized in Consumer Credit Client, Compliance assessment on Bancassurance products in order to support the offering of CPI to avoid event of miss-selling to customers, improving client retention and increase of reputation
