As Service Manager I define the service through standard ITIL 4 methodology, I manage the service level agreements and ensure that the services meet the business needs and satisfaction of the customer, stakeholders, internal teams, and above all be an apostle of the company I represent.
In my work background I have also worked as a Program Manager and Project Manager always in the IT field on various clients: automotive, insurance, banks, public administration, pharmaceutical, retail and media company.
