Managing a cross functional and cross company team to set up legal entities, value, assets to be moved, processes, org charts for a newly formed JV, owned by Baker Hughes and GE Vernova.

Responsible to develop programs, models and products to sustain service growth for GE O&G (currently Baker Hughes) in the O&G Aeroderivative market.
Set the strategy for services operation on LM products (GE aeroderivative gas turbines) as well as bring services priorities into product developments.
Cooperate with other key businesses ( GE Aviation and GE Power) to align on key focus area such as commercial models and pricing, customer communication, service partners and digital.

Reporting to the service leader of GE Distributed Power with focus to th O&G major players.
In the same period i acted as Integration leader in the project the redefined commercial and operation strategy on Aeroderivative GTs between GE O&G and GE DPS,
Key part of the exercise was the definition of new customer portfolio split, transfer prices and margin sharing policies.

Leader of EMEA region OTR team for GE Aero Energy services.
Responsible for customer relationship, identify key opportunities and manage main issues being accountable for execution and ultimately NPS and customer satisfaction.
Dealing with:
- staffing
- P&E
- rooftops investments
- import export/visa/logistics plans.
Representing GE Aero Energy services in the relationship with major partner in the region as GE O&G, MTU, Zorlu.

Managing an engineering team, addressing technical issues on GE O&G aeroderivative GT fleet.
I lead major failure mode analysis and consistently fed lessons learnt process to improve products, as well as availability and reliability of installed fleet.
I worked in constant synergy with RMD team and RAMS team to develop monitoring capability and early detection technologies.
Appointed as technical single point of contact for several GE key customers (Reliance, Exxon Mobil...)

Employed on installation ships in the Adriatic sea,

In field engineer role i have been the technical consultant for all the installation activities.
Along time i was involved in 2 platforms full installation, a 'bridge' installation and a pipeline lay down.
