- Manage and follow PVC flows from production sites in Europe (Spain, France, Germany, Belgium, Sweden) in order to guarantee and maximise sales volumes of Italian market balancing Central Planning requirements, manufacturing capability and working capital limits;

- Make recommendations for the best solution to the plants and the Business when there are any significant deviations from plan;

- Balance many factors to deliver the short term operational plan (1 month forward) consistent with the medium term plan (3 months forward), balancing asset supply capability with sales demands whilst controlling raw materials, intermediates and finished product stocks at agreed target levels which optimize working capital.

- Manage the local demand and supply balance to optimize margin and minimize stock.

- Anticipate logistics needs and potential gaps;

- Prepare TAR and contingency plan;

- Knowledge of all Italian customers and their peculiarities;

- Provide cover for other LPP Italy CA & OCD business during absences;

- Apply INEOS safety principles & rules;

• Organization of workers for production, packaging, stocking and trucks filling;
• Management of production processes and packaging
• Management of container 20' and 40', packaged and bulk goods;
• Management of stocking of goods in respect of FIFO method;
• Execution of filling procedures;
• Management of "work papers" related to the area of responsibility;
• Signature of reports for the end of the shifts;
• Checklist for controls on work place for the maintenance of safety conditions.

• Management of quality system, check of manuals, procedures, check lists, audit and non-compliance (Certification ISO 9001:2015 and SQAS);
• Analysis of performances through the monitoring of KPI's and drowing up logistics reports with related statistics;
• Management of claims;
• Management of transport contracts with customers and suppliers;
• Prepare price quotations for tenders;
• Management and control of refueling inside and outside for trucks and approval of related invoices;
• Support for the management of the trucks fleet.
