Lead and coach the SD function to improve Quality, Delivery, Cost & Lead-time cross all categories within the respective Division/BL utilizing defined SD tools and processes; Align the Supply Management Quality documents within the respective Division/BL; Ensure right competence and sufficient resources are available within the function; Lead the development and execution of SD actions for specific external supply; Actively support purchasing functions and category teams in the decisions / rationalizations / supplier change

Responsible for quality, delivery and cost activities utilizing defined Supplier Development tools; Execute supplier audits and audit follow-up according to supplier audit plan; Gather and analyze supplier performance data; Develop and execute Supplier Development action plan for supplier improvements as assigned; Assess and follow up the suppliers’ quality management systems and Supplier Management System (VMS) rating; Actively enable and support category team decision making and supplier selection process; Point of contact for supplier with an escalated quality, delivery or technical problem; Fulfill aligned stakeholders requirements

Sap material/vendor master data maintenance, proactively work with suppliers to execute the order process and improve performance, manage in cooperation with category team some KPI’s: supplier delivery reliability, lead time performance and agreement coverage. Planning inventory levels according to the service’s strategy and solving day-to-day supplier issue (expediting and non-conformity process).
