I have been assigned to Cociv (a majour Italian Project) responsible for AFC dept.

The assignment consisted principally in three main tasks:

- the supervision within HQ of the Joint Venture Agreements & the subsequent agreement among the Partners of the JV & relevant "legal form" of the vehicle undertaking the contract;

- start-up activities, on an AFC point of view, of the Projects from time to time assigned;

- responsible for the coordination of the new acquired branches of ex- Astaldi processes into the ones of Webuild on AFC point of view.

• Currently responsible for the following Areas: Denmark, Norway, France, Austria and Italian border of Brennero.

• Responsible for the Overseas Administration & for the coordination of the Overseas Administrative Directors/Managers.
• Supervisor of S.A.E. coordinating the activity of 12 Resources within the Rome Head Quarter.

• Responsible for AFC & Project Control Dept., coordinating/supervising the activities of 27 Resources. Acting as focal point on the strategic new initiatives of the Company.

• Responsible for Administration department of the Milano Head Quarter and for the coordination of the foreign/local activities of the Group on an administrative/financial/tax point of view, coordinating/supervising the activity of 31 Resources. Acting as focal point on the strategic new initiatives of the Company.

• Responsible to run the Company (Corporate JV) on formal/substantial point of view, reporting directly to its Shareholders, taking care of the fulfilment of all administrative / financial / fiscal duties, interfacing with the Client on various issues.

• Responsible for the administrative, financial, and fiscal functions, reporting the performance results to the Director of Administration, Finance & Control. Interfacing/cooperating with the Commercial dept. prior presenting an offer. Follow up of the Branch/Subsidiary setting-up and coordination of the foreign activities. Follow-up of the Head Quarter’s acquisitions and sales of participations.
