Reporting to the COO of AXA Italy, contribute to the implementation of the AXA Italia strategy through the definition and implementation of the Operations strategy, the overall governance of the area, guaranteeing the transformation of the area itself in collaboration and coordination with all the structures impacted and ensuring the overall monitoring of the KPIs, the governance in Risk, Compliance and Audit area and the diffusion of Tech & Data Culture.

Reporting to the Head of Business Operations guarantees the overall governance of the structure through coordination, monitoring of KPIs and process continuous improvement with a strong view to generating efficiency and effectiveness; ensuring the governance in the Risk Compliance & Audit area.

Guarantees the implementation of the AXA Italy strategic plan through project management activities: ensures, within the established project/program objectives, the governance, planning, development and monitoring of the complex projects and programs included in the strategic plan, in accordance with the Group guidelines, trough allocation of dedicated PMs; ensures the management of complex programs/projects from the OTOBOSOQ point of view (respect for time, budget, scope, quality).

Coordinated with cross-functional teams to resolve project issues and mitigate risks; monitored project performance to identify areas of improvement and make adjustments; planned, designed, and scheduled phases for large projects; provided detailed project status updates to stakeholders and executive management.
