I have experience in the catering sector for over fifteen years. I undertook my journey trough numerous professional experiences, starting as a waiter, up to the role of restaurant manager. The many years spent in the u.k. helped me to learn the english language, both written and spoken. I also speak a bit of french and spanish. I have experience and savoir-faire to manage all aspects that influence a successful structure. I developed management skills,propensity for the teamwork and customer service.
