Follow the forward sourcing selection for the perimeters Raw plastic materials, Hoses & Piping, Fuel Tank, Active Aero System and Glasses.

Participate to the multidisciplinary committee (R&D, Quality, Production, Logistic, After Sales) with the goal to discuss and approve technical changes, discuss quality problems and other general problem to reach the SOP.

Participate to the Material Group meeting with the other brands to define common strategy, claims insolvency problems.

Implement cot reduction activities for the critical items.

Maintained complete documentation and records of all purchasing activities.

Maintained key item stock levels and wrote or expedited purchase orders.
