Direct Report of the CEO and part of the Alexander McQueen COMEX.

• Led all major activities and duties related to the facilities of Alexander McQueen in Novara (General Services, Security, H&S, internal services).
• Member of the Board of Directors for Alexander McQueen Logistica.
• Reviewed financial and operational budgets on regular basis to make effective decisions and optimize spending.
• Led, supervised and provided strategic direction for workforce of 150 employees.
• Analyzed performance metrics and identified key areas for improvement, leading to optimized processes across the organization.
• Vendor Portfolio optimization, Vendor Performance monitoring and improvement.
• Organize and lead activities with other company departments, in particular Design, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Group's Central Departments.
• Define and monitor major KPIs for all departments.
• Oversee and contribute to all strategic projects relating to the RTW&SA categories.
• Supervise and optimize industrial cost following target margin requirements (Value Engineering, Vendor Allocation).

Reporting to the Director of Operations HB Ticino.

• Full responsibility for the Business Unit Shirts & Neckwear, from Technical Product Development, 3D Development and Fabric Design Teams, O-PM (Quality Management for Raw Materials and Finished Goods), Social and Product Compliance, O-PR (Procurement) and internal Development Center.
• KPIs: Financial targets of the Business Unit on subsidiary and group level, margin performance on group level for all products directly managed, all operational targets, Great-Place-To-Work results.
• Led cross-functional teams for the successful completion of major projects, resulting in increased efficiency and client satisfaction. E.g. Digital Twin Project.

Reporting to the Director of Product Development.

• Responsible for the Technical Product Development of the main product groups of BOSS Menswear including Pattern Making, Technical Product Development and Costing.
• Main product groups: Suits, Jackets, Trousers, Coats, Jeans&Leisure Trousers, Outerwear, Jersey&Textile Accessories and Leather Garments.
• KPIs: Delivery Performance Protos & Sampling, Target Margin achievement (Value Engineering), Industrialization / Production release, Great-Place-To-Work results.
• Championed talent development programs, promoting employee engagement and retention while enhancing overall workforce capabilities.
• Built high-performance teams through effective recruitment practices focused on competency alignment coupled with ongoing performance management processes.

Same as previous with additional responsibility of the O-PM department (Production/Quality Management) and Development Center (Industrialization).

• Full responsibility on Quality Management and Industrialization processes for Raw Materials and Finished Goods for Men's Shirts, Women's Blouses, Men's Neckwear and Men's Jewelry (8 Mio units per year).
• Direct management of 7 departments involving over 100 employees (Production Management Finished Goods, Development Center Shirt, Purchasing Fabric, Purchasing Trimmings, Technology Raw Material Fabric & Trimmings, Production Planning, Neckwear).
• KPIs: Financial targets of the Business Unit on subsidiary and group level, margin performance on group level for all products directly managed, all operational targets.

Reporting to the Director of the Product Division Shirt & Neckwear.

• Responsible for monitoring and continually improving standards of performance and quality within the Operations Procurement Shirt & Neckwear.
• Full responsibility for the Operations for Shirts, Neckwear, Jewelry (8 Mio units per year).
• Direct management of 5 departments involving 39 associates (Purchasing Fabric, Purchasing Trimmings, Technology Raw Material Fabric & Trimmings, Production Planning, Neckwear).
• Evaluation/Selection/Sourcing of international suppliers and producers, negotiating contracts, capacity planning & allocation, relations with own factories and strategic development of the Supply Chain Network.
• Production cost monitoring, budget monitoring.
• Project management (DRIVE, SAP Introduction, APO/SNP development, logistic projects).
• KPIs: Delivery Performance, Target Costs&Margins, NOS Availability, DIO (Inventory Management), Fixed Costs.

Reporting to the Head of Operations.

• Direct management of Production Planning department.
• Production planning and Merchandise Procurement.
• Vendor Performance monitoring and improvement.
